I'm writing in reference to your agent, Jacqueline Lobo, to tell you how terrific she is. I recently had my home in Hicksville on the market. Unfortunately, I didn't do my due diligence, and hired an awful sales agent. He also manages a nearby shopping center, and in a mix up, he told me he was done showing my home for the day. I came home, and found three people in my yard looking at my house. It was Jackie, and her two clients. They were waiting for my agent to return. I invited them in, since it was a very cold day. Jackie told me she was an agent, and proceeded to start showing the house to the couple before my agent reappeared. Afterwards, he hastily left, and Jackie lingered behind to talk, as I had asked her for suggestions on movers. She graciously returned within a few days with a list of preferred movers, and advised me that her clients placed an offer. My agent had not told me there were offers.
I decided to accept Jackie's client's offer. Since my agent is clueless, Jackie has picked up the ball and ran with it since. She contacted my attorney, made sure the contract was received, and has made sure everything has run smoothly. Closing is scheduled for this Friday, the 20th. She has been amazing every step of the way, and has offered help and advice, several times. I'm just sorry I didn't know about your agency, and in particular Jackie, at the start of this process.
I intend to write glowing reviews for Jackie and your agency on social media once this process is complete.
